The John T. Jackson Foundation memorializes and honors the life and unfulfilled dreams of John T. Jackson who was tragically killed at age 22 in the June 2003 Chicago porch collapse. The Foundation keeps his legacy alive through charitable contributions to worthy endeavors in academia, athletics, leadership, artistry and social service. The recipients of the John T. Jackson Foundational scholarship or grant will embody the spirit, generosity, compassion, humor and creativity of John as they pursue endeavors that contribute positively to this world.
